Deposit and payments

In order to reserve the necessary equipment for the date of the event, an initial payment equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the invoice is required. This payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

The balance due must be paid in full the day before the event. A reminder, including a copy of the invoice, will be sent to you two (2) days before the day of the event.

Quick order
When an order is placed less than seven (7) days prior to the event, the invoice must be paid in full upon receipt.

Order of $100 or less
The invoice must be paid in full upon receipt.

Methods of payment accepted
At this time, we accept cash and Interac® transfers.

Please note that the down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable and we will not issue a credit. By paying the down payment, you are authorizing the order and agreeing to all terms of the contract.
